In 2015, we established the naturamus oil mill, certified according to Demeter, organic and Fair for Life standards. Located at the foot of the Swabian Alb in Weilheim an der Teck, it enables us to meet defined quality requirements for single-variety, virgin and cold pressed oils. These are oils in which the characteristic ingredients and properties of the seeds, nuts and kernels are preserved.

Using purely mechanical processes under controlled conditions, we press up to 300 tonnes of raw material each year. The raw materials come from long-standing cultivation partnerships that work according to recognised ecological and social standards, including organic, Demeter and Fair for Life certification.

Where craftsmanship meets high technology

On our modern screw presses, we produce virgin and cold pressed oils as well as cold pressed oils from roasted seeds, according to customer requirements. Drawing on extensive experience and individual press management, we adapt the press segments to each specific product and take the respective properties of the raw material into account.

This produces mechanically pressed oils with a characteristic profile true to the raw material. Modern technologies are used especially when processing roasted seeds. Infrared radiation distributes heat evenly, allowing precisely graduated roasting levels to be achieved, including at low and controlled temperatures.

For the production of our oils, we use certified green electricity.

Depending on the application, our virgin or cold pressed oils can be further processed in accordance with the requirements of  EU organic regulations.
