Once a year, smallholder farming families and the processing company come together. They discuss current questions, developments and opportunities for improvement openly and directly. This creates genuine transparency in both directions.

In a region with low rainfall, castor strengthens smallholder agriculture. We pay fair prices, guarantee secure purchase volumes and support projects through the Fair for Life fund. Today, more than 330 organic smallholder farming families benefit from this collaboration. At the same time, it helps secure the long-term availability of this raw material.
