For more than 10 years, we have been working with the German-Kenyan company LIMBUA in Embu, which was founded to promote the small farmers of the region.

There on Mount Kenya, more than 9000 farmers grow a wide variety of agricultural crops in permaculture, which are certified according to Bio and FairForLife. This also includes the macadamia as the queen of nuts and the avocado, which thrives here without irrigation, which is very important for us.

We offer the oil from both plants in different qualities: cold-pressed and refined macadamia oil as well as virgin and refined avocado oil as products according to FFL. We can also offer cold-pressed macadamia nut oil in DEMETER quality.
